Very good rod!!! I use it for surf fishing because I dont like how surf pols have the long bottoms that dig into your side or hurt your rist. This one is the perfect size to keep right in front of yourself when holding the pole out. Also, it will cast a very light lures far, which is awesome. I would definitely recommend
