Missing pole

I ordered 3 poles. I paid for 3 poles. Got confirmation number. UPS only shipped 2 boxes containing 2 poles. So far I haven't heard a word from Ugly Stik where the 3rd pole is. I hope this gets someone's attention. I tried every email I could find.
